A Journey Through Every Phase
Turning 50 brought new meaning to self-care for our Founder, Marsha Guerrier—a visionary entrepreneur, advocate for women, and founder of HerSuiteSpot, a community dedicated to empowering women in business. Throughout her journey, Marsha has navigated the ups and downs of hormonal health, including fertility treatments, pregnancy, the challenges of running a successful business, and now, perimenopause. These experiences gave her a deep understanding of the complexities of mature skin and the importance of holistic self-care.

Founded by our own Founder, the HerRise Microgrant Program was created to provide critical capital to women entrepreneurs who need a helping hand to bring their dreams to life. For many women, especially those from underserved communities, access to funding can be the most significant barrier to achieving their entrepreneurial goals. These microgrants serve as seeds of hope and opportunity, offering financial support that enables women to invest in their businesses, expand their reach, and take that essential next step on their journey.
