SHIPPING & ACCOUNTS
We aim to ship your products with consistency and reliability. Orders placed Monday through Friday by 2pm EST will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the next business day.
Shipping typically takes about 3-5 business days. You can track your shipment by visiting your YvaMarie New York account or using the Shipping Confirmation email we send as soon as your order ships. We partner with USPS and other major carriers to ensure timely delivery.
If you have an existing account but cannot log in, click the “Already have an account? Sign In” link and then select “Forgot Password?” Enter your email address and hit submit, and you’ll receive a password reset email within minutes. Please use the email address associated with your YvaMarie New York order confirmations.
Note: If you request a password reset more than once, only use the most recent email to reset your password. The password reset link expires after 24 hours.
We currently ship to all states within the United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to U.S. territories, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, and we do not provide international shipping. However, we hope to expand our shipping services to these locations in the future!
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $100. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter for additional free shipping promotions.
Free shipping applies to ground shipments. For the East Coast of the United States, delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days. For the West Coast, delivery takes about 4-5 business days.
SECTION 2: PRODUCT INGREDIENTS
Yes, YvaMarie New York products are made with high-quality, natural ingredients and are cruelty-free. We are committed to ethical and sustainable practices.

Our products are formulated to be gentle and suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin. However, we recommend conducting a patch test before using a new product. For specific skin concerns, please consult with a dermatologist.
Many of our products are vegan. The product page will indicate if an item is vegan-friendly. For inquiries about a specific product, please contact customer service.
SECTION 3: PAYMENTS
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other digital payment methods shown at checkout.
Yes, we prioritize your security by using industry-standard encryption to protect your payment details. All payments are PCI-DSS compliant for safe and secure processing.
At this time, only one payment method can be used per order. If you experience issues with payment, please contact our support team.
Enter your discount code in the “Discount Code” field during checkout and click “Apply.” Only one code can be applied per order.
SECTION 4: RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return any item that is at least half-full within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at contact@yvamarie.com to initiate the return process. After receiving your return, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 working days. You’ll receive an email notification once processed. Remember, if you’re returning a bundle, please return the entire set.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you are unhappy with a product, please refer to our return policy for details.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
For products bought from a retailer or third-party seller, please refer to their return policy. We can only process returns for items purchased directly from our website.
