We carefully pack every YvaMarie New York LLC order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your product arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days by emailing contact@yvamarie.com. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help resolve any issues. We ship across all states within the US.

We offer free shipping and returns on all orders within the U.S. (in-stock items will arrive within 3-7 business days). Please allow for extra delivery time for orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.
Expedited shipping within the U.S. is available at checkout.
Orders will ship within 24-48 hours after purchasing. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday, it will not be processed until the following business day. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email with a tracking link.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping destinations soon. Please stay tuned for updates!

We hope you absolutely love your YvaMarie New York products! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, minus any original shipping costs. Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased through other retailers.
