We carefully pack every YvaMarie New York order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
- We currently only ship to all U.S. states
- Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details
Standard Shipping
In-stock items typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Please allow additional delivery time for orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing glow @ yvamarie.com so we can assist you.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We look forward to expanding our shipping destinations in the future.
Returns & Refunds

30-Day Returns
- Unopened, unused, and undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Products must be in original condition
- Returns are refunded to the original form of payment
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email glow @ yvamarie.com with your order number in the subject line. Our team will provide next steps.
Important Notes
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- We can only accept returns for orders placed on YvaMarie.com
- Products purchased through authorized retailers must be returned according to the retailer’s return policy
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return
