Turning 50 reshaped how I understand self-care, not as indulgence, but as necessity.
I’m Marsha Guerrier, a lifelong entrepreneur, advocate for women, and founder of HerSuiteSpot. For decades, I’ve helped women build confidence, capital, and community. But behind the leadership, I was navigating my own journey, hormonal shifts, fertility treatments, pregnancy, the demands of building businesses, and now perimenopause.
Those experiences didn’t just change my life.
They changed my skin.
Like many women, I began experiencing breakouts, sensitivity, inflammation, and dryness, all at once. Products that once worked no longer did. I realized my skin didn’t need more aggressive treatments.
